b. While we take utmost care to maintain the confidentiality and security of your audio files, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks, and you agree to use our Service at your own risk.

Intellectual Property:
a. The Company retains all intellectual property rights in the transcribed text and any associated software, algorithms, or technology used to provide the Service.

b. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute the transcribed text for any commercial purposes without obtaining the Company's prior written consent.

c. You may not use the transcribed text for any purpose other than personal use. i.e. You may not prepare any dataset or train any machine learning model using the transcribed text without obtaining the Company's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability:
a. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.

Modifications to the Terms:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
